Welcome to Mahkota8. These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Mahkota8 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of all services, products, features, and content made available through the website located at mahkota8.cam and any associated mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

Mahkota8 operates an online sports betting and casino gaming platform serving players in Malaysia and other permitted territories. Our services include, but are not limited to, sports betting on competitions such as the English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, UFC events, and other international sporting competitions; live casino games including Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, and Dragon Tiger; online slot games; lottery products; arcade and crash games; and esports betting markets.

By creating a Mahkota8 account, depositing funds, placing any bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means a registered user account created by a Player on the Mahkota8 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's account at any given time, including real-money deposits, winnings, and credited bonuses where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits or bonus amounts added to an account subject to wagering requirements and bonus-specific terms.
• "Platform" means the mahkota8.cam website and any associated services, applications, or interfaces provided by Mahkota8.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the Player using accepted payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, USDT, and BTC.
• "Services" means all betting, gaming, casino, lottery, and other entertainment products offered through the Platform.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means a financial commitment placed by a Player on any outcome within the Services.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required for account activation and withdrawal processing.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency of the Platform for Malaysian Players.

To register and maintain an account with Mahkota8, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Mahkota8 strictly prohibits access to its Services by anyone under the age of 21. We reserve the right to request age verification documentation at any time.
• You must be a natural person of legal capacity and not acting on behalf of a company or other entity, unless expressly permitted by Mahkota8 in writing.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming and sports betting Services is not prohibited under applicable law.
• You must not be a resident of any country or territory where access to the Services is explicitly restricted or banned.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or director of Mahkota8 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the Mahkota8 Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and agree to maintain the accuracy of that information.

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the Mahkota8 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

Registration Requirements

During registration, you will be required to provide accurate information including, but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document (MyKad, Passport, or equivalent).
• A valid and active email address accessible only to you.
• Date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• A mobile phone number capable of receiving SMS verification.
• A secure password of your choosing. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. Mahkota8 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) and using a unique, strong password that is not shared with any other service. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat or by email at support@mahkota8.cam.

Mahkota8 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. Any person claiming to represent Mahkota8 who requests your password should be treated as a fraudulent contact and reported immediately.

KYC Verification

All accounts are subject to identity verification (KYC) before withdrawal requests above RM 500 can be processed. Accepted documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad (both sides), Passport, or Driver's Licence, together with a proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official letter dated within three months). Verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of document submission.

By accessing and using the Mahkota8 Platform, you agree to use the Services solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You acknowledge that all forms of gambling involve financial risk and that the outcome of any bet or game is not guaranteed.

Permitted Use

• Accessing and using all Services available on the Platform for personal entertainment and recreational wagering.
• Depositing Real Money Funds using any of the accepted payment methods listed on the Platform, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, USDT, and BTC.
• Placing bets on sports events including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, Champions League, UFC, badminton, basketball, and other available markets.
• Participating in live casino games, slot titles, lottery products, arcade games, and esports betting markets available on the Platform.
• Claiming bonuses and promotions in accordance with the specific bonus terms applicable to each offer.

Platform Availability

Mahkota8 endeavours to maintain continuous availability of the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability. Mahkota8 shall not be liable for any losses arising from service interruptions, technical errors, or connectivity issues beyond its reasonable control.

Accepted Deposit Methods

Mahkota8 accepts deposits through the following verified Malaysian payment channels:

• Instant transfer: DuitNow (processed instantly), FPX via all major Malaysian banks (typically 5–15 minutes).
• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay — all processed instantly.
• Online Banking: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online, Hong Leong Connect — typically 5–15 minutes.
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT) — converted at prevailing market rates at the time of deposit.

Minimum deposit: RM 30. Maximum deposit per transaction: RM 30,000. Daily and monthly limits may apply per payment method.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. For verified accounts (KYC complete), average processing time is under three minutes for DuitNow and e-wallet withdrawals. Bank transfer withdrawals typically complete within one business day.

Mahkota8 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. All pending bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before Real Money Funds can be withdrawn. Withdrawal requests submitted while bonus wagering is incomplete will either be declined or result in the forfeiture of the associated bonus balance, at Mahkota8's discretion.

Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

Mahkota8 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals to accounts not matching the registered Player's identity are strictly prohibited. Players found to be facilitating or engaging in money laundering activities will have their accounts immediately terminated and the matter reported to relevant authorities.

Mahkota8 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, VIP tier rewards, birthday bonuses, and referral incentives. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotion page and take precedence over these general terms in the event of any conflict.

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new accounts only. One welcome bonus per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonus credits must be used within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• Mahkota8 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or substitute any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any Player found to be abusing promotional offers — including through the creation of multiple accounts, systematic exploitation of wagering patterns, or collusion with other Players — will have their bonus voided, winnings forfeited, and account suspended.
• Real Money Funds are wagered before Bonus Funds by default. Players should refer to individual promotion terms for any exceptions.

All bets placed on the Mahkota8 Platform are subject to the specific sporting and market rules published for each event or game type. General betting rules applicable to all markets are as follows:

• All bets are binding once confirmed. Confirmation is indicated by a bet reference number displayed on screen and recorded in your account transaction history.
• Bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned, postponed, or voided will be settled according to Mahkota8's official settlement rules for the applicable sport.
• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error resulting in clearly incorrect odds being displayed, Mahkota8 reserves the right to void affected bets. This includes prices that are demonstrably below market value due to data feed errors.
• Maximum bet and payout limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• Live (in-play) betting markets may be suspended or closed at any time at Mahkota8's discretion, including during significant match events (goals, red cards, video review stoppages).
• Winnings are credited to the account balance upon event settlement. Settlement timelines vary by sport and may be delayed in the event of official result disputes or ongoing reviews.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Mahkota8 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence system to place bets, exploit games, or interact with the Platform without explicit written authorisation from Mahkota8.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain without reporting them to Mahkota8 support immediately upon discovery.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including systematic wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms with minimal genuine risk.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate betting markets or game outcomes.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate any part of the Platform's proprietary software or data systems.
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your account, including the sharing of login credentials.

Mahkota8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, under any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to comply with KYC verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity theft, or account compromise.
• Confirmed or suspected violation of applicable laws or regulations.
• At the Player's own request, including requests related to self-exclusion under our Responsible Gambling programme.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than breach, any remaining Real Money Funds (net of outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method after completion of applicable verification checks. Funds associated with bonus balances will be forfeited upon account closure unless otherwise determined by Mahkota8 at its discretion.

All content, software, trademarks, service marks, logos, graphics, designs, text, and other materials available on the Mahkota8 Platform are the exclusive property of Mahkota8 or its licensed content partners. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of Mahkota8.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mahkota8 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from participation in betting or gaming activities on the Platform, including losses resulting from technical errors, system failures, or communication disruptions not within Mahkota8's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
• Any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Interruptions to service resulting from third-party network failures, ISP outages, or governmental restrictions on internet access.

Mahkota8 is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all Players. The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference.

By accepting these Terms, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Personal data collected during registration and KYC is used solely for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
• Mahkota8 does not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
• All data is stored with industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption and access is restricted to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis.
• You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data by contacting our support team.

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable international gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mahkota8 is licensed and operated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
